Fans cheered on their favorite bands Saturday at Rock for a Cause. Sarasota Young Professionals and S-One Holdings presented the event that featured a battle of the bands. Musical groups competed for a $1,500 prize and the chance to donate $3,500 to the Sarasota County school music program of their choice. The winners, Seven Years Past, donated the prize to Riverview High School.
