The following residential real-estate transactions took place between March 26 and March 30.

A condominium in Savoy on Palm tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Toby Tanenbaum, trustee, of Toronto, Canada, sold the Unit 1102 condominium at 401 S. Palm Ave. to Richard and Leslie Rivera, of Sarasota, for $2.15 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 4,385 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,444,700 in 2006.

Beau Ciel
Gil Faccio, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 1102 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to John and Meriam Matthews, of Lake Toxaway, N.C., for $1,675,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,412 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $730,700 in 2007.

The Residences
Michael Bernstein and Sarah Skebba sold their Unit 1004 condominium at 1111 Ritz Carlton Drive to Valerie Terris, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1.3 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,567 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,512,500 in 2009.

Oyster Bay Estates
Franklin and Linda Watkins, of York, S.C., sold their home at 1865 Lake Shore Drive to Hakim and Melissa Morsli, of Sarasota, for $899,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,937 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $795,000 in 2011.

One Hundred Central
Philip and Marta Grande, Sarasota, sold the Unit E1011 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Terrence Defibaugh, trustee, of Sarasota, for $850,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,173 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $895,000 in 2010.

1350 Main Residential
Ronald Sobotka Jr. and Cynthia Collins sold their Unit 1306 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Monique and Shane Chalke, of Banner Elk, N.C., for $735,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,597 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $825,000
in 2007.

Lawrence Pointe I
Richard Goodman and Jody Goodman sold their Unit 302 condominium at 101 Sunset Drive to Dennis Jensen, trustee, of Libertyville, Ill., for $575,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $990,000 in 2006.

Phillippi Gardens
Dockside Homes LLC sold the home at 2251 Constitution Blvd. to Lennart and Margareta Gille, of Lidingo, Sweden, for $565,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,910 square feet of living area.

Phillippi Landings
John and Melissa Haggai sold their Unit 301 condominium at 1921 Monte Carlo Drive to Janice Melzer-Langa, of Sarasota, for $415,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,024 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,400 in 2009.

Aqualane Estates
Joseph Schwab, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1657 Ridgewood Lane to Francis Barbella, of Somerville, N.J., for $400,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $316,500 in 1999.

McClellan Park
Richard Stover Jr., Sarasota, sold his home at 2332 McClellan Parkway to J&A Contractors Inc. for $317,000. Built in 1940, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,720 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $105,000 in 1987.

Homecroft
Roy Gingerich, Ruth Gingerich, Martha Fricke, Virginia Schlabach, Pauline Miller and Luke Gingerich sold their home at 3445 Birky St. to Thomas Wingard, Linda Wingard and Darrin Wingard, of Narvon, Pa., for $247,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 951 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $74,800 in 1986.

Darby Plains Dairy Inc. sold the home at 3516 Schrock St. to William Christner Family Limited Partnership for $210,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,558 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in 2007.

Towles
SunTrust Bank sold the home at 1950 Adams Lane to Red Door Art Gallery LLC for $225,600. Built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,112 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $465,000 in 2007.

Renaissance
Paul Lang and Mary Treder-Lang, of Grosse Pointe, Mich., sold their Unit 405 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to Theresa and Martin Galvin, of Chevy Chase, Md., for $200,000. Built in 2001, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,000 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,400 in 2002.

Timothy Cole and Vera Cole sold their home at 1700 Baywood Drive to Raymond and Lynne Mabus, Sarasota, for $1,125,000. Built in 1982, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,840 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2002.

Carole Remick, trustee, Osprey, sold the home at 8963 Bloomfield Blvd. to Edward Hoffman and Laura Scott, Sarasota, for $725,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,368 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $815,000 in 2003.

Elsa Feldman, Sarasota, sold her home at 5570 Octonia Place to Per-Gunnar and Kristina Sjoo, of Halmstad, Sweden, for $414,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $302,400 in 2003.

Robert and Margery Morrill sold their Unit 201 condominium at 7506 Botanica Parkway to Edward Bash, Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $466,300 in 2004.

Frances Diegel, Osprey, sold her home at 50 Longbow Trail to Susan Kraus, Osprey, for $350,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,251 square feet of living area.

William Wood, Nokomis, sold his Unit F2 condominium at 14021 Bellagio Way to Doug and Catherine Hendrie, of Ontario, Canada, for $266,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,061 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $788,300 in 2006.

Marbella
Jean Janelle, of Fairfield, Ohio, sold his home at 3998 Via Mirada to Richard Figliuzzi, Sarasota, for $255,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,770 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,000 in 2009.

Gulf Gate East
Albert and Maureen Smith, Sarasota, sold their home at 4300 Kingston Loop to Guy and Darcie Allen, Port Charlotte, for $228,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,909 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $131,000 in 2000.

Arielle on Palmer Ranch
John and Jeanne Emanuel, of Warren, Ohio, sold their unit 602 condominium at 6984 Prosperity Circle to Fred and Carol Alberini, of Teaneck, N.J., for $215,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,638 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2006.

Paul Chapman and Bruce Burbage sold their home at 950 Highland Circle to Mark and Danielle Vanzorn, Nokomis, for $570,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,289 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,000,000 in 2006.
Cleo Yoder, of Maryville, Tenn., sold his home at 1631 Mackintosh Blvd. to Richard Tambourine, Nokomis, for $270,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,050 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2003.

Kevin Comerford, Nokomis, sold his home at 428 Bellini Circle to Nickie Roth, North Port, for $360,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,845 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2010.

Allen and Barbara DeRiemacker, Osprey, sold their home at 2479 Sonoma Drive to James Johnson, of Rochelle, Ill., and Lorie Olson, Nokomis, for $328,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,111 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2006.

Sorrento East
Patricia Gipe, Nokomis, sold her home at 200 N. Matisse Circle to William and Jill Schade, Nokomis, for $202,500. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,842 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,900 in 1996.
