Baseball

Cardinal Mooney lost 7-5 to Lemon Bay. Alex Rodman had two hits and three RBI in a losing effort. 

Riverview beat North Port 3-2. Trent Sinkfield had two hits and an RBI for the Rams. Collin Weghorst threw a complete game on the mound. 

Sarasota High defeated Palmetto 3-1. Brooks Larson had two hits and an RBI for the Sailors. 

Softball

Riverview lost 12-10 to Palmetto. Devyn Flaherty had four hits, including a home run, and finished with five RBI in the loss. 

Tennis

The Riverview boys team won the Class 4A District 8 team title. Antoine Sanchez won the singles title, and Sanchez and Finn Anderson won the doubles title.
