Sarasota - Siesta Key condo sells for $925,000

A condominium in Hamilton Club tops all real-estate transactions for the week of Dec. 17 to Dec. 21. Jose and Ivelisse Berio, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 7 condominium at 3925 Hamilton Club Circle to John and Jan Lovelace, of Sarasota, for $925,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,884 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 1998.

Jason Heroux and Elizabeth Heroux, of Stowe, Vt., sold their home at 5201 Avenida Del Mare to Kevin and Marie Topping, of Fakenham, England, for $770,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,801 square feet of living area.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., trustee, sold the home at 160 Island Circle to DJR Island Circle LLC for $666,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,898 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.17 million in 2005.

Terrace East
Michael and Gina Rouen, of Perrysburg, Ohio, sold their Unit 703 condominium at 5300 Ocean Blvd. to Richard Swanson, of West Hartford, Conn., for $700,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,375 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $945,000 in 2005.

Vincent, James, Patrick, Mary and Robert Rohan sold their Unit 63 condominium at 5400 Ocean Blvd. to Luis and Nikki Chu, of Sarasota, for $700,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,187 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $57,000 in 1975.

Midnight Cove
Hugh and Eleanor Lee, of Terre Haute, Ind., sold their Unit 452 condominium at 6342 Midnight Pass Road to W. Michael and Elizabeth Kern, of West Hartford, Conn., for $425,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,637 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $116,000 in 1979.

Roger Faulb, of Bay Village, Ohio, sold his Unit PH26 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Richard Witt and Diane St. Jean, of Joliet, Ill., for $349,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $61,900 in 1978.

Bonus Properties Inc. sold the home at 6260 Parmeron Lane to David Weghorst, of Sarasota, for $270,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,719 square feet of living area.
