Sarasota Police Department search warrants resulted in two arrests and the seizure of guns and drugs Wednesday, Aug. 21, according to a news release.
Police arrested 23-year-old Maricus Richardson and 29-year-old Terrence Timmons Jr., both of the Janie Gardens Housing Complex, following complaints of drug trafficking activity. Detectives seized marjuana from both men, and cocaine and two firearms from Timmons, who has five past felony convictions.
