A landscaping crew discovered a decomposed body near the boat ramp at the intersection of 10th Street and US 41 at roughly 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, according to a Sarasota Police news release.
Sarasota Police detectives are currently investigating the scene, however they have not yet determined how long the body has been at the location or whether they were a male or female.
