Sarasota Beach home tops sales at $1.25 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 5 and Sept. 9. A home in Sarasota Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michael and Larise Nicholson, St. Petersburg, sold their home at 120 Island Circle to Richard and Debra Rua, Pittsburgh, for $1.25 million. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,076 square feet of living area.

Crescent
Ronald and Marilyn Nehring, Sarasota, sold their Unit B203 condominium at 6512 Midnight Pass Road to Robert and Paula Prock, of Burr Ridge, Ill., for $910,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,711 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $910,000 in 2006.

Excelsior Beach to Bay
John Vesy and Marcella McKinley Vesy, trustees, sold their Unit 306 condominium at 6263 Midnight Pass Road to JW Textron Properties Inc. for $440,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,648 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1989.

Siesta Cove
John and Linda Scarritt, Sarasota, sold their home at 5324 Siesta Court to Tatiana Connolly, of Falmouth, Mass., for $408,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,882 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1988.

Crescent Royale
William and Virginia Andres, trustees, of Crystal Lake, Ill., sold the Unit 208 condominium at 757 Beach Road to Judith Thrasher and William Park, of Maumee, Ohio, for $250,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $199,000 in 2000.
