A condominium in Sarasota Bay Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 928 condominium at 1299 Tamiami Trail to Milton and Roberta Fox, of Sarasota, for $1,395,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,206 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2013. 

SARASOTA

Harbor Acres

U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 1561 Harbor Drive to SRQ Bayshore LLC for $1,144,000. Built in 1953, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,020 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 1997.

Coral Cove

Gavin and Kristin Whapshare, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1717 Caribbean Drive to Eugene Cherkov, of Sarasota, for $1.1 million. Built in 1959, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,774 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,075,000 in 2015.

Joshua Reich and Michele Shashoua-Reich sold their home at 1741 Landings Way to Guy Bernheim and Mary Clark, of Sarasota, for $835,000. Built in 1983, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,265 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $702,500 in 2006.

Sandra Tinsley, of Tucson, Ariz., sold the home at 1696 Pine Harrier Circle to Carl Hurst and Brita Otteson-Hurst, trustees, of Sarasota, for $660,000. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,411 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2010.

David and Kristy Ochsendorf, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5161 Flicker Field Circle to P. Brandon and Herbert Solomon, of Sarasota, for $580,000. Built in 1986, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,273 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2010.

Beverly Roberts, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 403 condominium at 5531 Cannes Circle to John Frazier Jr., of Sarasota, for $405,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,706 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2008.

Richard and Jeanne O’Leary, of Winter Haven, sold their Unit 103 condominium at 6500 Midnight Pass Road to Thomas and Dina Jacobs, of Pittsburgh, for $435,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,086 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $54,000 in 1977.
