Royal Palm Harbor home sells for more than $2 million

A home in Royal Palm Harbor tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Richard and Melissa Hall, of Bradenton, sold their home at 1259 Southport Drive to John and Helen Barrott, of Tierra Verde, for $2,063,700. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,183 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.8 million in 2014.

SARASOTA: $625,000

Palmer’s
Petronella Cobussen, trustee, sold the home at 2338 Datura St. to Micahel and Susan Shroder, of Sarasota, for $625,000. Built in 1954, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,788 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $102,100 in 1991.

PALMER RANCH: $600,000

Beneva Oaks
Michael and Wendy Katz, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3751 Beneva Oaks Blvd. to Brian and Sandi Russell, of Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,324 square feet of living area. 

OSPREY:$620,000

Oaks
Sylvia and Edward Nielsen, of Vienna, Va., sold their home at 437 Webbs Cove to George and Susan Strickland, of Osprey, for $620,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,431 square feet of living area.

NOKOMIS: $512,000

Calusa Lakes
William Swanton and Anna Miller-Swanton, of Fort Myers, sold their home at 2121 Muskogee Trail to Gerald O’Grady III and Alison Andrews, trustees, of Nokomis, for $512,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,457 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $461,000 in May.

Condominium on the Bay
Asli Orhon, of Richmond, Va., Semra Hughes, of Cincinnati, and Niko Kurkcu, of Springfield, Ohio, trustees, sold the Unit 1208 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to George Trovato, of Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,642 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 1982.

Kentwood Estates
Melissa McDowell, of Auburn, Calif., sold the home at 1502 Eastbrook Drive to Donna Griffin and Maryann Vitiello, of Interlaken, N.J., for $550,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,891 square feet of living area. 

Alinari
LK Condo LLC sold the Unit 1011 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Bhasha Holdings LLC for $515,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $709,000 in 2007.

The Villas at Eagles Point
Joseph Mac Pherson sold his Unit 1717 condominium at 1717 Starling Drive to Anthony Kolankiewicz and Mihaela Fecioru, of Dulles, Va., for $505,000. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,358 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,100 in 1992.

Desota Park
RJJM LLC sold the home at 1909 Hibiscus St. to Frederick and Kathleen Cook, of Sarasota, for $459,900. Built in 1950, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,207 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in August.

Esplanade by Siesta Key
Scott and Deborah Mayer, of York, Pa., sold their home at 5882 Cavano Drive to Jay and Valerie Plagge, of Clear Lake, Iowa, for $430,000. Built in 2014, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,639 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $328,300 in 2014.

Phillippi Gardens
Timothy Pitock, of Tucson, Ariz., sold his home at 2309 Majestic Way to Kurt and Rachel Didier, of Sarasota, for $360,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,579 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $139,800 in 1988.

Granada
Karen Sailor, of Warrington, Pa., sold her home at 3518 Jacinto Court to Debra Pallaria, of Sarasota, for $333,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,265 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $182,000 in 2009.

South Gate
Maria and Kurt Dexel, of Independence, Ohio, sold their home at 2546 Rose St. to Anita Ochab, of Sarasota, for $320,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,709 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2012.

Gulf Gate
Michael Valentine, of Sarasota, sold his home at 6747 Roxbury Drive to Gary Rafferty, of Bradenton, for $305,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,708 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $232,700 in 2014.

Eagles Point at the Landings
James and Sandra Oliver, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 203 condominium at 5420 Eagles Point Circle to Elizabeth Friese, of Sarasota, fro $300,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,330 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $217,500 in 2012.

Colonial Terrace
Maria Martinez-Riera, of Sarasota, sold her home at 2939 Concord St. to Donald and Sheryl Mark, of Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,401 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $134,000 in 2009.

Grove Lawn
Ruth Johnston, of Oceanside, Calif., sold her home at 2170 Clematis St. to 2170 SRQ LLC for $210,000. Built in 1951, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 962 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 2004.

Scott Duff, trustee, of Manhattan, Ill., sold the Unit 307 condominium at 6518 Midnight Pass Road to Igor Lomazoff and Elna Rozenblit, of Bryn Mawr, Pa., for $630,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $560,000 in 2003.

Sarasota Beach
Richard Heinrichs, of Sarasota, sold the home at 5235 Calle Menorca to Stakada Group LLC for $550,000. Built in 1952, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,077 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in July.

Island Reef
Nancy McNamara, trustee, of Washington, D.C., sold the Unit 205F condominium at 8767 Midnight Pass Road to Eric Egan, of Sarasota, for $421,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,303 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 1998.

Deer Creek
Samuel and Beatrice Kapreilian sold their home at 8664 Woodbriar Drive to Richard and Cynthea Jackson, of Sarasota, for $497,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,859 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2004.

Turtle Rock
Maria Pacheco-Alberro and Juan Alberro Abarrategui, of Wesley Chapel, sold their home at 4856 Sabal Lake Circle to Guohua Sun and Changtao Wang, of Beijing, China, for $385,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,020 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,500 in 2011.

Villagewalk
Henry and Jennifer Reynolds, of Henderson, Nev., sold their home at 5364 Eliseo St. to Lawrence and Dawn Dellavedova, of Sarasota, for $275,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,846 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $216,800 in 2004.

Mary Seymour sold the home at 111 Park Trace Blvd. to Joseph and Rhodora Lambiase, of Bangkok, Thailand, for $460,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,405 square feet of living area.
Rosemary Shofe, of Venice, sold her home at 408 Park Trace Blvd. to Kimberly Kassin, of Osprey, for $425,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,840 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2004.

Sorrento East
Inez Hollett, trustee, of Bloomfield, Ind., sold the home at 412 W. Rossetti Drive to John and Kelly Meyers, of Nokomis, for $321,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,309 square feet of living area.

Sorrento South
Donald and Shirley Cornell, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 404 Murillo Drive to Donald Collins, of Nokomis, for $212,500. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 994 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2007.
