Roads closed for Siesta Fiesta

Tents, display booths, artisans and artists will replace traffic on a stretch of Ocean Boulevard this weekend for Siesta Fiesta.

Sarasota County will close about 0.3 miles of the roadway from the intersection of Canal Road and Ocean Boulevard to Beach Road and Tenacity Lane from 4 a.m. Saturday, April 13, to 7 p.m. Sunday April 14. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.

Siesta Key Association members will be selling their signature t-shirts with the help of volunteers from the Siesta Key Village Association, among other island organizations.
