Riverdale home tops sales at $1.8 million in east Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch areas

A home in Riverdale topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert and Dawn Greene sold their home at 657 Regatta Way to Gregory Whitford and Michelle Lane, of Bradenton, for $1.8 million. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,512 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 2016.

Carlos Beruff, trustee, sold the home at 632 Regatta Way to EF Gilbert Hwy 19 Palmetto LLC for $1.5 million Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,806 square feet of living area.
