A home in Rivendell tops all real-estate transactions from June 22 to June 24. Richard Birnbaum and Mary Birnbaum, of Osprey, sold their home at 1113 Millpond Court to John Shintaffer, of Osprey, for $500,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,027 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $690,000 in 2005.
