Ritz-Carlton Beach unit sells for $3.35 million

A three-bedroom unit at the luxury Ritz-Carlton Beach Residences sold this week for $3.35 million — the highest amount paid for a unit in the building since February 2012.

Originally listed for $3.75 million, the residence is located in seventh floor of the Gulf-front tower at 1300 Ben Franklin Drive.

Richard Perlman, of Michael Saunders & Co.’s Longboat Key South office listed the unit. Denise and Nicole Mei, of the Mei Team in the company’s Main Street office, sold the unit.
