Summerfield resident Phyllis Morales says you throw a party. She held a celebration at her home in the Summerfield Pines neighborhood to celebrate Halloween.
“Some of my best childhood memories come from running around my neighborhood on Long Island with a pack of kids, getting our hands dirty and scraping our knees,” Morales says.
