A condominium in The Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jacqueline Lewis, of Washington, D.C., sold her Unit 1105 condominium at 1111 Ritz Carlton Drive to Robert and Elaine Harar, of Alexandria, Va., for $1.4 million. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,246 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,264,000 in 2004.

Gulf and Bay Club
AJT Siesta LLC sold the Unit 710 condominium at 5760 Midnight Pass Road to 710 Siesta LLC for $975,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,739 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $640,000 in 1996.

PALMER RANCH: $567,000

Deer Creek
Rodney and Deborah Woods, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 8612 Woodbriar Drive to Albert and Joan Zafrani, of Sarasota, for $567,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,662 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2006.

OSPREY: $759,000

Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club
David and Wanda Fischer, of Beavercreek, Ohio, sold their home at 461 Yacht Harbor Drive to Earl and Michele Hutchinson, of Osprey, for $759,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,409 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2009.

NOKOMIS: $375,000

Calusa Lakes
Richard and Sheila Sims, of Littleton, Colo., sold their home at 2081 Timucua Trail to John and Beata Stevenson, of Denver, for $375,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,894 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $402,500 in 2005.

Equine Real Estate LLC sold the home at 5167 Kestral Park Lane to Stephen Haney and Julianne Kenton-Haney, of Sarasota, for $644,000. Built in 1984, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,920 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 2015.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 922 condominium at 1299 Tamiami Trail to Anne Legner, of Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 2003, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $562,000 in 2015.

Desota Park
Barbara May, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1955 Datura St. to Noel Verbruggen and Michelle Calvert, of Esher Surrey, United Kingdom, for $575,000. Built in 1951, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,837 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2012.

Sapphire Heights
Sam Dickson, of Sarasota, sold his two properties at 5024 Winchester Drive to Sebastien and Katherine Brion, of Ann Arbor, Mich., for $570,000. The first property was built in 1953, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,504 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1953, it has one bedroom, one bath and 528 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $482,000 in 2015.

Grzegorz Twarowski, of Sarasota, sold his home at 981 Caloosa Drive to Elizabeth Coleman and Cliff Coleman, of Lakeland, for $382,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,838 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,000 in 2004.

Central Park
Anthony Brown and Drew Sharland-Brown, of New York City, sold three properties at 1694 and 1960 Fourth St. to A. Ingemar and Janet Persson, of Sarasota, for $320,000. The first property at 1694 was built in 1926, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,335 square feet of living area. The second property at 1694 was built in 1947, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,144 square feet of living area. The property at 1690 was built in 1926, it has one bedroom, one bath and 724 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $115,200 in 2012.

Gulf Gate
Woodland Construction of Southwest Florida Inc. sold the home at 3108 Post Road to Steven McHale, of Homewood, Ill., for $315,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,102 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $122,000 in 2000.

Christopher Canfield, of Sarasota, sold the home at 2804 Safe Harbor Circle to Dennis and Carol DelBane, of Highland Heights, Ohio, for $240,500. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,662 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $173,000 in 2010.

Paver Park Estates
Charles and Diana Wacha sold their home at 2519 E. Milmar Drive to Carol Andrade, of Sarasota, for $305,000. Built in 1953, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,450 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $31,400 in 2003.

Gulf Gate East
Peter Kauffmann, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 6519 Waterford Circle to Christopher and Mary Kathryn Lake, of Sarasota, for $298,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,629 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2013.

Richard Bradley and Cindy Santos, of Chicago, sold their home at 6987 Easton Court to Mary Franklin, of Sarasota, for $231,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,218 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $196,800 in 2008.

Frances Polcastro sold the home at 4187 Kingston Way to Equity Trust Co. for $230,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,566 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $116,100 in 1985.

H. Greg Lee, trustee, sold the Unit 6688 condominium at 6688 Schooner Bay Circle to Christi Decker, of Sarasota, for $287,500. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $189,000 in 1991.

Gulf Gate Woods
Peter Ross and Alexander Pavchinski sold their home at 2519 Cardwell Way to Charles and Donna Thornton, of Sarasota, for $270,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,788 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $108,000 in 1988.

Forest Lakes Country Club Estates
Frank and Barbara Zeukas, of Belmar, N.J., sold their home at 3426 Brookline Drive to Paradiso Holdings LLC for $258,500. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,639 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $287,500 in 2005.

Josephine Ramsey, of Sarasota, sold the home at 5177 Riverwood Ave. to Rougemont Properties LLC for $250,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,636 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $35,000 in 1977.

Greenwich
Gregory Tancibok, of Bentonville, Ark., sold his home at 2202 Hyde Park St. to LT Properties LLC for $235,000. Built in 1952, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,604 square feet of living area. 

Village Green Club Estates
Gabriel and Rosanne Febbraio, of University Park, sold their home at 3367 Sheffield Circle to Albert Collins, of Sarasota, for $225,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,355 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 2003.

Loma Linda Park
Adam Sailor, of Warrington, Pa., sold his home at 2263 Temple St. to Eric and Teresa Gingrich, of Sarasota, for $218,000. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 1,000 square feet of living area. it previously sold for $131,500 in 2015.

Wilkinson Woods
Stephen and Carlene Todd, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 30 condominium at 3581 Wilkinson Woods Drive to Pamela Wiese, of Janesville, Wis., for $215,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,390 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $118,000 in 2012.

Schindler’s
Alejandro Llovio, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1791 Ninth St. to Wish Earth Funhouse LLC for $213,000. Built in 1948, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,626 square feet of living area.

Captiva Gardens
Hot-Rodz and Hammocks LLC sold the Unit 28 condominium at 2943 Captiva Gardens Drive to Linda Bandeh, of Sarasota, for $208,900. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,206 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $69,900 in 1992.

SPE #105 LLC sold the home at 344 Canal Road to 344 Canal LLC for $700,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,894 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $37,600 in 1971.

The Pointe on Midnight Pass
Richard and Katherine Floyd, of Middlesex, Mass., sold their Unit 401 condominium at 9397 Midnight Pass Road to Warren Hannas, of Old Lyme, Conn., for $500,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $490,000 in 2014.

Harbor Towers Yacht and Racquet Club
Roger Talbot, of Manchester, Conn., sold the Unit GP07 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Gordon Van Wieren Jr. and Mary Bratschi-Van Wieren, of Okemos, Mich., for $485,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,404 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1988.

Barbara Porceddu sold the home at 5063 Sandy Cove Ave. to Christopher Lambert and Lee Lambert, trustees, of Sarasota, for $470,000. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,619 square feet of living area. 

Siesta Towers
Miriam Mendelson, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 6-F condominium at 4822 Ocean Blvd. to James Kaiser and Cynthia Kaiser, trustees, of Sarasota, for $456,700. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,435 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $143,000 in 1989.

Turtle Bay
David Hersey, of Fairfax, Calif., sold his Unit 103-A condominium at 8701 Midnight Pass Road to Dale and Deanne Crowley, of Lowell, Mich., for $435,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $379,000 in 2010.

Dianne Cordell, trustee, of Anderson, Ohio, sold the Unit 205-S condominium at 6312 Midnight Pass Road to Gregory Paul, of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 894 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $283,000 in 2003.

Daniel and Kathryn Ruscitto, of Syracuse, N.Y., sold their Unit 1 condominium at 133 Avenida Messina to Earl and Holly Winebrenner, of Louisville, Ky., for $372,500. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2011.

Larry and Bonnie Key, of N. Memphis, Tenn., sold their Unit 102 condominium at 6706 Sarasea Circle to Jeffrey and Christine Leistner, of Troy, Ohio, for $360,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,002 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2010.

William and Corinne Bongers, of Westlake, Ohio, sold their Unit 5 condominium at 6154 Midnight Pass Road to Jack and Linda Dekorte, of Caledonia, Mich., for $355,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 836 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $262,000 in 2012.

Siesta Harbor
Fannie Mae sold the Unit 28 condominium at 1215 S. Portofino Drive to Richard and Ellen Chapman, of Sarasota, for $204,000. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, two baths and 780 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2005.

James and Janice Wright, of Terre Haute, Ind., sold their home at 1478 Dorgali Drive to Samuel and Donna Uhl, of Floyds Knobs, Ind., for $385,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,764 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $324,100 in 2012.
Sujay Patel, of Ontario, Canada, sold the home at 1578 Ernesto Drive to Lawrence and Jeanne Feldstein, of W. Dover, Vt., for $271,500. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,846 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2010.

Nicoli Carreira, trustee, and Anna Carreira, of Jefferson, N.Y., sold the home at 6290 Sturbridge Court to Christopher Canfield, of Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,222 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2012.

PennyMac Corp. sold the Unit 403 condominium at 6942 Prosperity Circle to Wayne Applebee, of Sarasota, for $225,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,554 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $221,300 in 2004.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 590 Oak River Court to Sebastian and Charlotte Marin, of Osprey, for $357,500. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,033 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $272,900 in 2003.

Blackburn Harbor Waterfront Villas
Joseph Panek, Personal Representative, of Bristol, Wis., sold the Unit 2102 condominium at 2263 Jessie Harbor Drive to Gabriel Pataky and Magdolna Pataky, trustees, of Sarasota, for $290,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,391 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2015.

Leaning Palm Properties LLC sold the home at 2317 Goya Drive to Eric and Kristy Petersen, of Nokomis, for $290,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $154,000 in 2015.
