Real Estate: Three-bedroom Harmony home sells for $645,000

A home in Harmony tops all real-estate transactions for the week of Feb. 17 to Feb. 22. Daniel O’Rourke, of Sarasota, sold his home at 4851 Primrose Path to Robert Shantz, of Ludlow, Ky., for $645,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,784 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.35 million in 2006.

PL Development B LLC sold the Unit 606 condominium at 5531 Cannes Circle to Richard Dutile, of Hooksett, N.H., for $440,600. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,024 square feet of living area.

Barbara Parker and Carolyn Spizzirro sold their Unit 121-D condominium at 235 Cocoanut Ave. to Ramon Colina, of Sarasota, for $360,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,310 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $812,000 in 2006.

Barry Wolfson, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 1711 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to William and Jacqueline Diehl, of Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $194,000 in 1998.

Carol Cooper, trustee, sold the Unit 354 condominium at 5963 Midnight Pass Road to Jaipaul and Molmattie Ramkelawan, of East Meadow, N.Y., for $335,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,012 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $530,000 in 2005.
