+ Michael Yawitz earns NAR green designation

Michael Yawitz, of Michael Saunders & Co.’s Longboat Key South office, has earned the National Association of Realtors Green Designation.

Realtors must complete 18 hours of coursework about green homes and building to earn the designation.
The training includes information about what makes a property green and preparation to help clients understand the costs and benefits of green-building features and practices and how to distinguish between industry ratings and classification systems. The training also teaches Realtors about the financial grants and incentives available to homeowners and to help consumers assess a property’s green potential.

+ Wagner Realty announces its top agents for June

Wagner Realty announced its top listing and selling agents for June.

Listing honors went to Marta Altizer, of the Longboat Key office; Rae Ellen Hayo, of the Anna Maria office; Gina and Peter Uliano, of The Royal Team, in the West Manatee office; Jack Whittington, of the Sarasota office; Ceil Weber and Pete Mancuso, of The Greiner Group, in the corporate office; and David Fletcher, of the commercial division.

Top sales awards went to Mary Schmidt, of the West Manatee office; Maria Balaz, of the Sarasota office; Sandy Greiner, of the Greiner Group, in the corporate office; and Ryan Hoffman, of the commercial division.

+ Howse joins A Paradise Realty, in Anna Maria

Jennifer Howse recently joined A Paradise Realty in Anna Maria.

Originally from Newfoundland, she worked in the airline industry for 20 years in Toronto. Howse has lived in the area for 13 years.
