+ Sister realty companies announce national winners
Sister companies Prudential Palms Realty and Lakewood Ranch Realty announced their National Prudential Award winners at their annual awards breakfast, held at the Historic Asolo Theater.

The Jim Soda Group, Lisa Morris, Michael and Cynthia Bowers and Sylvia Zimmermann received the Chairman’s Circle Gold Award, representing sales professionals and teams in the top 2% of sales in the Prudential real-estate network.

Achieving the Chairman’s Circle President’s Award were Pamela Baker, Marty Benson, the Andrew Bers Team, Rudy Dudon, Gary Hoskins, Sara LaPlante, Linda Page, Doug Parks, Teri Sax, the Sherman Michel Team, the Patricia Tan and Carla Rayman Team and the Wellman Moffat Team.

Named to the Chairman’s Circle Leading Edge Society were Hoyt Beaty, the Cashi Team, the Cutmore Team, the Evans Team, Greg Hudson, Katie Klomp, Glenn Rausch, Jerry Richter and the Mitchell Team.

Michael Bruno, Pam Charron, Kim Gilliland, Charlene Hutson, the Meyer Team, Michelle Musto, Ellen Quinn, the Simon Team and Ziad Sleit received the Chairman’s Circle Honor Society Award.

Additionally, Ken Ipox received the “Rookie of the Year” Award.

+ Pettingell finishes first quarter with strong results
Roger Pettingell, of Coldwell Banker’s Longboat Key office, finished the first quarter of 2010 as the office leader in production and as the top agent for closed volume in Sarasota County, according to the Multiple Listing Service. Pettingell also won a drawing for the second year in a row for a $10,000 vacation awarded by the Longboat Key Club and Resort for submitting multiple new members.

“The start to 2010 has been an incredible run,” said Pettingell in a prepared statement. “I have been very fortunate, and, as a family, we work hard to express our appreciation to our community for giving us such a wonderful place to live, work and play.”
