Lee Wetherington Homes has opened its new model, The Verona, in The Concession Golf & Country Club.

The Verona model showcases a new floor plan with disappearing corners, large sliding glass doors and an outdoor living space.

The single-story model boasts 3,600 square feet, three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a den, a bonus room and a Florida basement, among other features.

Lakewood Ranch-based builder John Neal Homes has broken ground on a new model in The Inlets.
The Siesta Key model is one of three new floor plans the builder plans to unveil in June.

It features 22-foot high ceilings, an island coastal design and 3,008 square feet of space.

“The Siesta Key and our other new floor plans here will have a light, airy feel to highlight this ideal waterfront location,” said Randy Turkovics, president of building for John Neal Homes. “Homeowners can personalize these floor plans with our design team to reflect their specific needs and lifestyle, and all homes here will be able to have boat docks in their backyards.”

The Inlets, originally developed as River Isles in 1958, sits along the Manatee River.

John Neal Homes currently is developing homesites in the Harbour Walk and Reserve sections of The Inlets.
