+ Lisa O’Hara joins Coldwell’s Longboat Key office
Lisa O’Hara has joined Coldwell Banker’s Longboat Key office.

O’Hara graduated from the University of Massachusetts with degrees in marketing and fashion design and spent 13 years in the servicing field with a major communications company.

She moved five years ago to Sarasota, after her husband, Terry O’Hara, accepted a position as director of golf at the Longboat Key Club & Resort.

O’Hara will serve the keys and downtown Sarasota markets.

+ Manatee Association of Realtors swears in 2013 officers
The Manatee Association of Realtors recently swore in the following 2013 officers: Deeana Atkinson, of Coldwell Banker, president; Sherry Richardson, of Re/Max Alliance Group, president-elect; Gloria Weed, of Michael Saunders & Co., vice president; Linda Formella, of Keller Williams Realty of Manatee, secretary; and Greg Owens, of Keller Williams on the Water, treasurer.

The following members were sworn in as MAR’s 2013 directors:
Nancy Allen, of Wagner Realty, and Peggy Christ, of Re/Max Alliance Group, as three-year directors; Ken Clanton, of Wagner Realty, and Maryann Lawler, of Keller Williams Realty, as two-year directors; Jim Walcott, of Keller Williams Realty, and Rita Smith, of Coldwell Banker, as one-year directors; and Leslie Wells, of Leslie Wells Realty, as immediate past president.

+ Hargaden named NRT LLC, Southeast luxury markets manager
NRT LLC, Southeast announced that Jennifer Hargaden has been named luxury markets manager with Coldwell Bankers Previews International, the company’s luxury division.

Hargaden most recently served as the company’s marketing coordinator. She will work out of the company’s Sarasota headquarters and oversee all marketing efforts of the division in Florida, Atlanta, Dallas/Fort Worth, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore.
