+ Kepecz-Hays, Bukys form family team
Judy Kepecz-Hays and her brother, Gabe Buky, and nephew, Charles Buky, all of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Longboat Key office, have formed the Kepecz-Hays & Buky Family Team of Realtors.

Kepecz-Hays was the No. 3 ranked Realtor in Sarasota County in 2014, with more than $45 million in sales, and has been named to Coldwell Banker’s Legends Society eight times. She focuses on Longboat, Lido and Bird keys and downtown Sarasota and is a luxury waterfront specialist.

The Bukys sold more than $25 million of real estate during 2014. They focus on Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key properties.
