Ranch Country Club home sells for $1.2M

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 22-26.

A home in Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Wayne and Shelly Jones of Belleville, Mich., sold their home at 13603 Blythefield Terrace to David and Brenda Maraman, Bradenton, for $1.2 million. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 5,814 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,727,900 in 2005.

River Club South
Robert and Linda Tominelli, Bradenton, sold their home at 7627 Partridge St. Circle, to Robert and Pearl Taboh, Bradenton, for $580,000. Built in 1997, it has five bedrooms, one bath, a pool and 3,526 square feet of living area.

Marlow
William and Diane Gruenwald, Sarasota, sold their home at 7210 Marlow Place to Djamal and Nawal Mostefai, University Park, for $495,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,869 square feet of living area.

Rosedale II Golf and Tennis Club
Manrique Quinto and Kathleen Cregan of Endwell, N.Y., sold their home at 8732 53rd Terrace E. to William McLochlin and Charles McLochlin, Bradenton, for $289,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,937 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 2000.

Palm-Aire
David Boeger and Carl Boeger III sold their home at 5414 Country Lakes Lane to John and Peggy Pitcock, Sarasota, for $280,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,381 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Branch Banking and Trust Co. sold the home at 6631 Pirate Peach Trail to John and Jayne Parrott, Bradenton, for $268,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,905 square feet of living area.
