Ranch changes signature color

APRIL FOOLS' DAY — One year after changing its signature color, Lakewood Ranch is again swapping swatches.

Community officials say the new green (see swatches above) is both more elegant and accurate representation of Lakewood Ranch. The new hue will be used in all future marketing materials, and the dozens of signs featuring Lakewood’s sandhill logo throughout the community will be changed, as well.

Cost to change each sign is about $1,500, which will be paid through incentive monies the developer has received from Manatee County.
