Lakewood Ranch's annual Boo Fest will go on.

Lakewood Ranch Community Activities Corp. Director Lori Basilone said a little storm won't wash out all the Halloween fun she has planned for the community.

"Rain or shine, we'll be fine," she said.

Boo Fest event will run from 6-9 p.m. Oct. 28, at Lakewood Ranch Main Street. The event, which is free to the public, includes a costume parade, haunted house, pumpkin patch pictures, ghost stories, face painting, a scarecrow contest, trolley rides, trick or treating and more.

Also, be sure to stop by the East County Observer booth to get your exclusive Boo Fest trading card.
