Queens Harbour home sells for $2 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between April 16 and April 20. A home in Queens Harbour tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michael and Helen Donovan sold their home at 3564 Fair Oaks Lane to Hans-Juergen Naumann, of Chemnitz, Germany, for $2 million. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,925 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.4 million in 2005.

Vizcaya at Longboat Key
Rolling Fullerton Phase II LLC sold the Unit 1B4 condominium at 2333 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Colin Barratt, Longboat Key, for $1,825,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,499 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $995,000 in 1997.

The Players Club IV
Charles and Jeannette Gehrie, Longboat Key, sold their Unit 301 condominium at 1425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to JDBM LLC for $950,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,107 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 1991.

Sea Gate Club
Ted and Sharon Sowder, of Bloomington, Ind., sold their Unit 5-F condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Keith and Judy Greene, Debary, for $700,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2003.

Country Club Shores
Robert and Tammy Springer sold their home at 513 Outrigger Lane to Michael and Marjorie Wilson, Longboat Key, for $650,000. Built in 1963, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,162 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 1998.

Grand Bay VI
Ira Kushnir, trustee, of Greene, Ohio, sold the Unit 626 condominium at 3070 Grand Bay Blvd. to Gary and Lynn Massel, of Glencoe, Ill., for $561,100. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $309,000 in 1995.

Paul and Marian Rizzo, of St. James, N.Y., sold their Unit 625 condominium at 3070 Grand Bay Blvd. to Richard and Deborah Cronin, Longboat Key, for $495,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,276 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $770,000 in 2005.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Craig Wheeler, Longboat Key, sold the Unit 737 condominium at 737 Bayport Way to James Blatt, Harrisburg, for $500,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,909 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 1998.

Fairway Bay
Marvin Ferguson, trustee, Indianapolis, sold the Unit 231 condominium at 1932 Harbourside Drive to Dean Hopkins, of Nova Scotia, Canada, for $387,500. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $216,000 in 1997.

Joseph and Susan Vicari, of Rockford, Ill., sold their Unit 212 condominium at 1932 Harbourside Drive to Joann Goldwater, of Quebec, Canada, for $295,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $371,500 in 2003.

St. Armands John Ringling Estates
Mark Flannagan, Sarasota, sold his home at 321 N. Blvd. of the Presidents to Kathy Seiders, Sarasota, for $800,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,367 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $740,000 in 2010.

Lido Towers
Irene Gaide of Highland, Mich., sold her Unit 702 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Mark and Lana McGorry, New York, for $350,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 1982.

Libo Harbour
Robin Peters, Sarasota, sold her Unit V-8 condominium at 1900 Benjamin Franklin Drive to DCA Beach Properties LLC for $260,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,242 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,000 in 1986.
