Queens Harbour home sells for $1.7 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 3 and Oct. 7. A home in Queens Harbour tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Barbara Griffiths sold her home at 3614 Fair Oaks Place to Russell and Mary Meloche, Longboat Key, for $1.7 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,050 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,175,100 in 1999.

Of this week’s six sales, five took place in Sarasota County, one of which was on St. Armands Key.

Promenade
Susan Morgan, trustee, sold the Unit 803 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gary and Karen Granik, of New York, for $638,300. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,585 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $699,000 in 2003.

Beachplace II
Carol and Joseph Zgrodnik, trustees, of Hadley, Mass., sold the Unit 301 condominium at 1075 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Paul Carreiro and Kimberly Pelyk, Longboat Key, for $465,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 1994.

Habour Links at Longboat Key Club
Gayle Stipe, of Mason, Ohio, sold her Unit 2011 condominium at 2011 Harbour Links Drive to Sanford and Diane Cloud, of Farmington, Conn., for $415,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,945 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $379,500 in 2010.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 591 De Narvaez Drive to Marterie Family Trust UTD for $360,000. Built in 1967, it has one bedroom, two-and-a-half baths and 926 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2007.

St. Armands Key
George and Jean Gyori, of Granger, Ind., sold their Unit 9 condominium at Dover House, 767 John Ringling Blvd., to David Debenetti, of Ontario, Canada, for $279,500. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $88,800 in 1991.
