The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 14 and Oct. 18.

A home in Queens Harbour tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert and Marsha Thomson, of Oklahoma City, Okla., sold their home at 3527 Fair Oaks Lane to Thomas and Sally Sappenfield, of Orland Park, Ill., for $1,225,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,154 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,000 in 1994.

Sea Gate Club
Michael Silbert, of New York, and Elisabeth Tanjeloff, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 2-C condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Chad Thompson, of Atlanta, for $585,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $62,500 in 1973.

The Players Club
Carolyn Albrecht sold her Unit 106 condominium at 1485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Raymond and Nancy Hopp, of Montvale, N.J., for $562,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,774 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 1992.

937115 Ontario Inc. sold the Unit 202 condominium at 1485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Christopher and Deana Iacobelli, of Bradenton, for $400,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,569 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $186,100 in 1991.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Bank of America sold the home at 724 Marbury Lane to Robert Emery, of Longboat Key, for $417,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,849 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2003.

LIDO KEY
Mote Marine Foundation Inc. sold the home at 1456 John Ringling Parkway to Robert and Susan Thill, of Sarasota, for $1.2 million. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,618 square feet of living area.

Lido Shores
Barry and Hien Godfrey sold their Unit 507 condominium at 350 S. Polk Drive to Dean and Claudette Panullo, of Port Washington, N.Y., for $370,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,036 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $95,000 in 1980.
