Positano condominium sells for $3.2 million

A condominium in Positano tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Dale Strohl, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 204 condominium at 4965 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark and Polly Kieper, of Excelsior, Minn., for $3.2 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,344 square feet of living area. 

The Water Club at Longboat Key

Helen Cooper, of Highlands, N.C., sold the Unit 906 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Edward and Ann Miller, of Charlotte, N.C., for $1.5 million. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,665 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.67 million in 2014.

Judith Brenner, Andrew Brenner and Jill Brenner, of New Vernon, N.J., sold their Unit 605 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Thomas Kirdahy and Terrence McNally, of New York City, for $1,425,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,650 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $548,100 in 1996.

Bay Isles

Loretta Katz, trustee, sold the home at 3261 Bayou Sound to John and Patricia Sheller, of Longboat Key, for $1.27 million. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,849 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $612,000 in 1998. 

Seagrape Point

Mary Pritchard, of Osprey, sold her home at 1156 Sea Grape Point Road to Jon and Diane Gillespie, of Huntsville, Ohio, for $1.2 million. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,717 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.02 million in 2014.

Harbour Oaks II

Thomas and Karen Fitzgibbons sold their home at 2385 Harbor Oaks Drive to Regina and Thomas Kennelly, of Huntington Bay, N.Y., for $780,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,245 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $545,000 in 2013.

Longboat Key Towers

Daniel and Mary Beth Nilsson, of Hartford, Conn., sold their Unit S-202 condominium at 601 Longboat Club Road to Carolyn Henry, of Manhattan, N.Y., for $775,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $980,000 in 2006.

Seaplace

Em Mohammed and Renee Kipp, of Bradenton, sold their Unit T1-109-A condominium at 2077 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Kathleen Neudorfer, of Longboat Key, for $520,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,387 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2010.

Robert and Kathleen Neudorfer, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit M2-302-C condominium at 1945 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Francis and Elizabeth Dattalo, of Watertown, Mass., for $385,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2002.

Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the Unit G5-204-C condominium at 1965 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Megan and Brian Karavish, of Sarasota, for $325,500. Built in 1977, it has one bedroom, two baths and 933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2005.

Silver Sands

Craig and Linda French, of Tampa, sold their Unit 250 condominium at 5841 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Steven and Marianne Tremaroli, of Huntington, N.Y., for $460,000. Built in 1972, it has one bedroom, one bath and 508 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $635,000 in 2006.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club

Robert and Andrea McDade sold their Unit 722 condominium at 722 Bayport Way to Equity Trust Co. and Terry Brackett for $367,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 1995. 

Lido Regency

Bruce and Susan Holmstrom, of Milwaukee, sold their Unit 6-F condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to David Kechley and Rosemary Armao, of Sarasota, for $310,000. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 981 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $312,300 in 2008.

Beach Harbor Club

Jo Ann Richard, trustee, of Palos Heights, Ill., sold the Unit G-107 condominium at 3810 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Cynthia Riedmiller, of Longboat Key, for $255,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $112,500 in 1995.
