Polo Grill relaunches tonight

Polo Grill will celebrate its new look and menu Friday night at its 2.0 Grand Relaunch Party. 

The event, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Lakewood Ranch Main Street-based restaurant, features hot and cold appetizers, new menu samplings, live entertainment, dancing, raffles and free giveaways. 

Changes made include a new dining area, a private dining room called the Tack Room, new staff members and a new menu.

Tommy and Jaymie Klauber, Polo Grill’s owners, have also made changes in the kitchen: Stephane Pierre is the new executive chef. Pierre, a certified chef whose experiences include serving the royal family of Belgium, takes the place of Andrew Thompson.

Attendees can purchase $25 tickets at the door.
