Sarasota police are searching for two women and one man involved in a jewelry theft last month.

On July 29, the three suspects stole two bracelets from Estate Coin and Jewelry, located at 1650 Main St., according to a Sarasota Police Department release. The security footage shows one of the women distracting an employee as the other one takes the jewelry and appears to hand it off to the man. The three individuals left the store without making a purchase.

The SPD made the surveillance video public, and is seeking assistance in identifying the suspects. Individuals with information are encouraged to call Detective Darrell Nixon at 954-7078. People can also leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers by calling 366-8477 or visiting the program’s website.
