A two-property sale in Point of Rocks tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Marc and Rosa Catalano sold two properties at 6916 Point of Rocks Road to David Balot, trustee, of Sarasota, for $2,131,000. The first property was build in built in 1945, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,847 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1966, it has one bedroom, one bath and 512 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $2.4 million in 2004.
