Pilot makes emergency landing in Tidewater Preserve

A WWII veteran landed his plane without injuries.

A 93-year-old WWII veteran made an emergency landing in the Tidewater Preserve community today around 12:30 p.m.

The Bradenton Police Department responded to the scene because the community is within city limits. 

Reports indicate the pilot walked way uninjured from crash, after gliding the plane to an undeveloped plot.
