Pettingell named top Florida Coldwell agent in 2010

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate sales associate Roger Pettingell sold $40.5 million in property in 2010, making him the company’s top associate in Florida for the year.

Additionally, Pettingell was the top-ranked agent for MLS sales in Sarasota and Manatee counties.

Pettingell sold 36 properties in 2010, just two of which were short sales.

“Value is what is driving people to buy right now,” Pettingell said in a prepared statement. “My clients aren’t looking to flip or renovate homes, they want to enjoy living in the homes they purchase without wondering if the value is going to go up or down.”
