Pettingell named top Coldwell Florida agent

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate announced that Roger Pettingell was its top-ranked sales associate in Florida for 2013.

Pettingell closed 59 transactions that totaled $61.85 million, up from $50.7 million in 2012.

“We are extremely proud of Roger for once again being named the number one sales associate in Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate,” said Clark Toole, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Florida, in a news release. “His accomplishments, hard work and commitment are commendable, and I congratulate him on this impressive accomplishment.”

Pettingell was also the top-ranked Realtor for sales volume in Sarasota and Manatee counties in 2013, according to the Sarasota-Manatee Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
