A home in Oyster Bay Estates tops all real-estate transactions from Sept. 14 to Sept. 21. Pliny Keep and Georgia Keep, trustees, sold the home at 1212 N. Lake Shore Drive to Rose MG LLC for $1.52 million. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 4,013 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 1991.

Mark and Brigitta Sultana, of University Park, sold their home at 1700 Stanford Lane to Paul Oversmith and Margaret Churchill, of Sarasota, for $930,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,952 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.19 million in 2006.

Bonus Property Inc. sold the home at 1782 Loma Linda St. to Thomas Chudy and Nina Ornholt, of Sarasota, for $460,000. Built in 1941, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,494 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $282,500 in 1999.
