Longboaters are encouraged to attend a Longboat Key Town Commission candidate debate tonight at the Bayfront Park Recreation Center.

All six-commission candidates have agreed to participate in a forum cosponsored by the Longboat Observer and the Longboat Key Public Interest Committee. The debate is 7 p.m. tonight at Bayfront Park Recreation Center, 4052 Gulf of Mexico Drive.
