Gertrude ‘Gert’ Willens
Gertrude “Gert” Willens, of Longboat Key, died Sept. 8. She was born April 15, 1913.

Mrs. Willens is survived by her son, Alan, of Oaks Bluff, Mass.; daughter, Kathy, of Brooklyn, N.Y.; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Wiegand Brothers Funeral Home and and Crematory, in Sarasota, was responsible for arrangements.
