Mark Caithness, of Nokomis, sold his home at 454 Mac Ewen Drive to Terry Tubaugh and Scott Paddock, of Osprey, for $975,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,808 square feet of living area.
