A home in The Oaks II tops all real-estate transactions from Oct. 18 to Oct. 20. Mark Caithness, of Nokomis, sold his home at 454 Mac Ewen Drive to Terry Tubaugh and Scott Paddock, of Osprey, for $975,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,808 square feet of living area.

William and Bonnie Braun, of Saginaw, Mich., sold their Unit P4 condominium at 9397 Midnight Pass Road to Joseph and Virginia Colombo, of Columbus, Ohio, for $412,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $188,000 in 2002.

Shane Nazar, of Yolo, Calif., sold his home at 363 Avenida Milano to Stephen Daniels, of Groveland, Mass., for $335,000.s Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,048 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $850,000 in 2005.

Lucille Aker, trustee, sold the home at 6824 Avenida Marbella to Bonnie Mates, of Sarasota, for $233,500. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,719 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $204,700 in 1992.

Martha Rish, trustee, Fleming Island, sold the Unit 176 condominium at 3924 Wilshire Circle to Thomas and Kelly Norton, Sarasota, for $184,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,783 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $182,500 in 2002.

Carmen and Frances Delledonne, of Osprey, sold their Unit 2203 condominium at 2271 Jessie Harbor Drive to Kenneth and Melissa Johantgen, of Orlando, for $220,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,006 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $467,900 in 2006.

Linda Weiss, trustee, sold the home at 116 Sugarloaf Drive to Pablo Gonzalez and Megumi Fujimaru, Nokomis, for $220,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,710 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $283,300 in 2008.
