An Oaks II home sells for $895,000

A home in Oaks II tops all real-estate transactions for the week of Nov. 18-23. Timothy and Teresa Finley, of Osprey, sold their home at 620 MacEwen Drive to Frank and Marie Mineo, of Osprey, for $895,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths, a pool and 3,809 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $680,200 in 2000.

Bay Oaks Estates

Nigel Parker, of Windsor, N.J., and Norma Parker, Sarasota, sold their home at 616 Oak Bay Drive to Leonid Indoursky, Sarasota, for $231,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two and one half baths, a pool and 2,333 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2005.

PEKS LLC sold the Unit 107 condominium at 5750 Midnight Pass Road to Randy and Alma Pauly, of Viola, Kan., for $750,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 1998.

Crescent Arms
JTR LLC sold the Unit 702-N condominium at 6310 Midnight Pass Road to John and Dorothy Wilhelm, of Vineland, N.J., for $680,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 977 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $680,000 in 2002.

Siesta Dunes Beach
Robert Shepherd, Susan Whitney and Janet Shepherd Meier, of Perry, Iowa, sold their Unit 205 condominium at 6208 Midnight Pass Road to Charles and Susan O’Neill, of Walla Walla, Wash., for $560,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $82,000 in 1979.

Palm Bay Club of Sarasota
Carlos Rivero, of Orlando, sold his Unit N-13 condominium at 5962 Midnight Pass Road to Margaret Fiacco, of St. Saphorin, Switzerland, for $335,000. Built in 1975, it has one bedroom, two baths and 870 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2004.

Jessie McClure, of Longboat Key, and David Walrath, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1005 S. Orange Ave. to Harry and Helga Williamson, of Sarasota, for $629,000. Built in 1948, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $412,000 in 2000.
Weber
Douglas and Debbie Jennings, of Sarasota, sold their home at 940 Caloosa Drive to Ross Mercier, of Sarasota, for $385,000. Built in 1957, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,700 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2002.

Ridgewood
Leonard and Alice Tebbs, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2390 Palm Terrace to Claudia Northington-Cannon, of Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,902 square feet of living area.

Regency House
Marie Sutton, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 405 condominium at 435 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Ross Cibella, of Sarasota, for $207,500. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,537 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $54,100 in 1974.

Pathway Investment LLC sold the home at 3931 Torrey Pines Blvd. to Wayne McCooeye, of Sarasota, for $365,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,002 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2006.

Savannah at Turtle Rock
Pey-Yuh and Jang-Shee Lin, of Waltham, Mass., sold their home at 5026 Hanging Moss Lane to Robert and Pamela Swain, of Sarasota, for $340,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,916 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $490,000 in 2004.
