Norton, Hammersley, Lopez & Skokos, P.A. announces the addition of Daniel L. Tullidge to the firm.

Norton, Hammersley, Lopez & Skokos, P.A., a business and litigation law firm serving the state of Florida expanded its practice to 11 attorneys and five paralegals to provide a broad range of legal services throughout the state of Florida.

Tullidge is an Associate Attorney and a member of the estate planning, estate administration and asset-preservation group as well as the business and tax-law group. Both groups are led by attorneys John Compton and E. John Lopez of Norton, Hammersley, Lopez & Skokos, P.A. Tullidge’s practice is focused on estate planning and probate as well as related tax and business planning, including the representation of taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.

Prior to joining Norton, Hammersley, Lopez & Skokos, P.A., Tullidge practiced with a boutique international tax planning and controversy firm. During his time in that position, he advised clients on both inbound and outbound transactions, including international estate planning, cross-border business transactions, and disclosure of foreign accounts. He also traveled to Zurich, Switzerland, to assist in the representation of Swiss banks entering the Department of Justice’s Program for Non-Prosecution Agreements or Non-Target Letters for Swiss Banks.
