Nokomis property sale totals $4.55 million

Three homes at 411 Lychee Road highlight sales for July 26-30.

A multi-property sale in Nokomis tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Nick and Mollie Holland, of Nokomis, sold multiple properties at 411 Lychee Road to David Jernigan, of Winchester, Tennessee, for $4.55 million. The first property was built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,182 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 2004, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,017 square feet of living area. The third property was built in 2004, it has a half bath and 553 square feet of living area. They sold for $1.45 million in 2018.

Kenneth and Sabrina Meredith, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1572 Eastbrook Drive to Robert Risbridger and Barbara Risbridger, trustees, of Cedar, Michigan, for $2.75 million.
