Nokomis property sale totals $4.55 million

Three homes at 411 Lychee Road highlight sales for July 26-30.

A multi-property sale in Nokomis tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Nick and Mollie Holland, of Nokomis, sold multiple properties at 411 Lychee Road to David Jernigan, of Winchester, Tennessee, for $4.55 million. The first property was built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,182 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 2004, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,017 square feet of living area. The third property was built in 2004, it has a half bath and 553 square feet of living area. They sold for $1.45 million in 2018.

Kenneth and Sabrina Meredith, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1572 Eastbrook Drive to Robert Risbridger and Barbara Risbridger, trustees, of Cedar, Michigan, for $2.75 million. Built in 2019, it has two bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,834 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,946,500 in 2019.

Eugene Robert MacBride and Pao Lien MacBride, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5015 Calle Minorga to John Kissane, of Jersey City, New Jersey, for $1,549,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,873 square feet of living area. It sold for $565,000 in 2013.

Edwin and Rita Wentzel, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4963 Sabal Lake Circle to Nazar and Olha Bas, of Bradenton, for $760,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,847 square feet of living area.

Janet Beach sold her home at 256 Sugar Mill Drive to Yuriy Grytsenko and Iryna Bezzubenko, of Osprey, for $850,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,695 square feet of living area. It sold for $760,000 in 2004.

Harbor View on Golden Gate Point

Fleur Elizabeth Hlinski, of Warwickshire, United Kingdom, sold her Unit 403 condominium at 650 Golden Gate Point to Douglas Stewart, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, for $1.6 million. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,837 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,161,000 in 2007.

Wisconsin Lane

Shirley Rozansky, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1701 Wisconsin Lane to WII701 LLC for $1.55 million. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,656 square feet of living area. It sold for $689,000 in 2013.

Ali Shaygan, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1107 condominium at 111 S. Pineapple Ave. to Semmes Brightman, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1,394,500. Built in 2019, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,786 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,116,500 in 2020.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 623 condominium at 1299 Tamiami Trail to Donald and Phoebe Giddon, of Sarasota, for $950,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,790 square feet of living area. It sold for $612,800 in 2013.

Diane Brandlein, trustee, of Rockford, Illinois, sold the Unit 7 condominium at 616 Golden Gate Point to Dennis Edwin Trencher and Susan Brown Trencher, of Dewey Beach, Delaware, for $930,000. Built in 1953, it has one bedroom, one bath and 896 square feet of living area. It sold for $725,000 in 2020.

Richard and Pamela Mones, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1117 condominium at 750k N. Tamiami Trail to Romulo Tengco and Mafalda Tesorero-Tengco, of S. Abington Township, Pennsylvania, for $850,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,460 square feet of living area. It sold for $624,000 in 2019.

Harbor House

McCorkle Soaring Eagles LLC sold the Unit 31 condominium at 174 Golden Gate Point to Arvind and Kavita Soni, of Lakeland, for $729,900. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,367 square feet of living area. It sold for $545,000 in 2019.

Morton Terrace

Marianne Schippereit, of Apollo Beach, sold her home at 1639 Floyd St. to Joshua Christian Pankratz and Zsofia Szabo, of Sarasota, for $700,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,680 square feet of living area. It sold for $420,000 in 2014.

Michael and Shellie Jacobs, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1724 Oak St. to 1724 Oak Street LLC for $690,000. Built in 1925, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 986 square feet of living area.

Golden Holiday LLC sold the home at 1912 Wisteria St. to TDI Homes LLC for $650,000. Built in 1951, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,426 square feet of living area. It sold for $308,000 in 2007.

CKB Homes LLC sold the home at 1974 Hyde Park St. to Hyde Park Housing LLC for $579,000. Built in 1950, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 916 square feet of living area. It sold for $365,000 in March.

Bahia Vista Highlands

David and Christina Stoltzfus, of Windsor, Colorado, sold their home at 1016 S. Rhodes Ave. to CHH Properties LLC for $540,000. Built in 1974, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 2,588 square feet of living area. It sold for $364,600 in 2019.

Marc and Nicole Mitchell, of Quebec, Canada, sold their Unit 202 condominium at 5440 Eagles Point Circle to Ronald and Jennifer Meyer, of Sarasota, for $535,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,603 square feet of living area. It sold for $389,000 in 2009.

Timothy Milligan sold his Unit 6-H condominium at 101 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Zahava Schillinger, trustee, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet of living area. It sold for $13,400 in 1976.

Daniel and Carol Novak, of Abingdon, Maryland, sold their Unit 401 condominium at 5591 Cannes Circle to James and Kristen Lindsay, of Sarasota, for $490,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,024 square feet of living area. It sold for $420,000 in 2017.

Mikel Sharpe and Myrtis Ruth Sharpe, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 1123 condominium at 1064 N. Tamiami Trail to Edward and Andrea Barry, of Sarasota, for $484,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,713 square feet of living area. It sold for $380,000 in 2017.

South Gate

Maureen O’Connell, trustee, of Clearwater, sold the home at 2411 Valencia Drive to Eric Joseph Currie and Coryn Currie, of Sarasota, for $437,500. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,927 square feet of living area.

Kevin Button, of Sarasota, sold his home at 2711 Sunnyside St. to Gabriel Galt, of Atlanta, for $415,000. Built in 1957, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,067 square feet of living area. It sold for $141,300 in 2010.

Bradford Forsberg, of Sarasota, sold the home at 3884 Kingston Blvd. to Rudolph Mamula, of Edworth, Pennsylvania, for $435,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,769 square feet of living area. It sold for $150,000 in 1995.

Neal David Finelli and Vanessa Shaw-Finelli, of Bradenton, sold their home at 1901 Seventh St. to Peter and Angela Florian, of Sarasota, for $425,000. Built in 1972, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet of living area. It sold for $165,000 in 2013.

Top Builders LLC and Andrej Lukosik sold the home at 8760 Pebble Creek Lane to Joseph and Marjorie Amabile, of Sarasota, for $431,500. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,751 square feet of living area. It sold for $281,000 in February.

Joy Sky LLC sold the home at 206 Sorrento Drive to Vladislav and Inna Zherebnenko, of Osprey, for $675,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,850 square feet of living area. It sold for $404,500 in 2018.

Stuart and Darlene Gamble, of Sarasota, sold their home at 849 Oak Briar Lane to Felix Vaynberg and Marina Messel, of Queens, New York, for $785,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,154 square feet of living area. It sold for $502,500 in 2019.

Webb’s Addition to Village of Osprey

William Bennett, of Osprey, sold his home at 119 W. Oak St. to Edgar Suarez, of Osprey, for $475,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,579 square feet of living area. It sold for $300,000 in 2008.

James and Kathleen McLaughlin sold their home at 612 Laurel Road W. to York Lun Kong and Suk Han Lam, of Nokomis, for $3.68 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,960 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,191,200 in 2002.

Robert McManus, trustee, of Nokomis, sold the home at 1057 Ruisdael Circle to Magdalena and Rastislav Lim, of Nokomis, for $690,000. Built in 1986, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 4,252 square feet of living area. It sold for $498,000 in 2004.

Alan Meudt, of Sarasota, and Mark Meudt, of Reston, Virginia, sold their home at 1090 Eisenhower Drive to Carol and Thomas Latta, of Nokomis, for $540,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,471 square feet of living area.

James and Alice Tinsman, of Osprey, sold their home at 2196 Calusa Lakes Blvd. to Yong Zhong Qiu, of Coldwater, Ohio, for $440,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,044 square feet of living area. It sold for $315,000 in 2018.
