City of Sarasota administration offices will be closed Monday, Sept. 5 in observance of Labor Day. Solid waste, yard waste and recycling collection will not be impacted.

The regular Sarasota City Commission meeting will be held the following day, Tuesday, Sept. 6, starting at 2:30 p.m. The evening session will begin at 6 p.m.
