Neal welcomes new vice president

Developer Neal Communities recently welcomed a new vice president for the company, David Rapp.

Rapp, vice president of land acquisitions, assumes the newly created post after holding similar posts at two other major Southwest Florida real estate corporations.

Rapp is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Before moving to Florida, he worked in real estate in Grand Rapids, Mich., where he was a land specialist, overseeing site selection and lease negotiations, among other responsibilities.
