Mustangs win Baker Invite

The Lakewood Ranch High boys golf team won its fifth-consecutive Baker Invitational Sept. 18. 

Freshman Hunter Logan shot a 2-under par 70 to finish tied for first place individually and help power the Mustangs to first-place finish. Lakewood shot a combined 295 to win the nine-team tournament by five strokes. 

Drew Angelo and Louie Delfabro each shot 74. Mike Wijas added a 77 followed by Billy Herten (78) and Daniel Miller (79). 

With the win, Lakewood improved to 33-5 on the season.
