More Neal Signature Homes coming to Lakewood Ranch

Neal Signature Homes announced Wednesday it has entered a purchase agreement for the final 32 homesites in the Collingtree neighborhood at Country Club East in Lakewood Ranch.

"We have been amazingly successful and have exceeded our expectations in Country Club East," Builder Pat Neal said. "We have exceeded our sales rate there."

Neal said he enjoys doing business at Country Club East. "What is different about Country Club East is that it is a real country club experience and everything isn't bundled there. The benefits are a la carte and you can pick what you want to do."

In a release, Neal Signature Homes stated it would close on eight of the sites in 2016 with the remainder to close early in 2017.

“Collingtree has been an extremely successful community within Country Club East,” said Neal Signature Homes President Randy Turkovics in a release. “Since its opening, we have continued to see strong sales, and we believe strongly in the growth of the market segment that is buying homes there. Country Club East is a beautiful community that homebuyers see tremendous value in.”

Country Club East features a new workout center, a new 20,000-square-foot golf clubhouse and a restaurant, The Lodge at Royal Lakes.
