Mill Creek home burglarized

Manatee County Sheriff's Office officials are looking into the burglary of a Mill Creek home yesterday.

A sheriff's office report states sometime between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., April 29, someone used a rock to smash out the side entry way window of a home in the 200 block of Mill Run East. Once inside, the suspect took a safe lying on the floor in the master bedroom closet.

The safe contained insurance policies, credit card numbers and bank bonds totaling $3,000.
