Melaleuca Way home tops sales at $380,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan. 16 and Jan. 20. A home in Siesta Properties Inc. tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Margaret Fuesy, Sarasota, sold her home at 7372 Melaleuca Way to Marina Costanza, Chicago, for $380,000. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,600 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $21,000 in 1976.

Sarasota Beach
Fred Miles, of Newnan, Ga., sold his home at 464 Island Circle to William and Joanne Stein, of Fairhaven, N.J., for $325,000. Built in 1952, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,230 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $309,900 in 2000.

Peppertree Bay
Edwin and Nancy Ryan, of Dayton, Ohio, sold their Unit 603 condominium at 1255 Peppertree Drive to David Cattani and Deborah Cattani, trustees, of Littleton, Colo., for $311,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $221,000 in 1995.

Pointe on Midnight Pass
Pamela Stallkamp, of Oro Valley, Ariz., sold her Unit 401 condominium at 9393 Midnight Pass Road to John Thomas and Valerie Lemmie of Dayton, Ohio, for $300,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $69,500
in 1978.

Siesta Harbor
Hans Ketelaar, trustee, sold the Unit 110 condominium at 1350 N. Portofino Drive to Jeffrey Lovell and Debra Nelson, of Troy, N.Y., for $242,500. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $110,000 in 1994.
