Manatee County Hiring Expo showcases career opportunities

The Manatee County Hiring Expo will take place Thursday, Oct. 5 from 2  to 7 p.m. at the Bradenton Area Convention Center, 1 Haben Boulevard, Palmetto. 

Local job seekers can sift through dozens of public sector career opportunities.

Representatives from Manatee County government, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Property Appraiser, Sheriff's Office, Supervisor of Elections and the Tax Collector will be present.  

Those who plan on attending are encouraged to dress professionally and bring several copies of a resume.
