As Thanksgiving approaches, is there something special you give thanks for this year?

Pat Herrmann
“You bet. I give thanks that my favorite actor, Christopher Lee, who is 88, is still alive and performing. I love horror movies, and he played Dracula and Fu Manchu. And, would you believe he has his own company and this year is producing a heavy-metal opera in which he plays the lead?”

Roland Anthon
“Every year my wife and I drive to Longboat Key. My 1992 Cadillac Eldorado was getting to be a clunker and I didn’t think it would make the trip. So, I bought a silver Lexus, and I give thanks it made the trip just fine.”

Joel Oye
“We try to make a family trip to Philadelphia each year, and we were able to do it again this summer. We had a nice visit with family and spent a little shopping time in Manhattan.”

Shelley Radio
“It was an exciting year. My husband, Eric, and I had our first baby, Ann Joylyn. She was born Jan . 9, and she is a wonderful baby.”

Brandon Isennock
“It has been special year. My partner, Chuck, and I have opened a salon in Towles Court. It is something I always wanted to do. I am so thankful my dream is coming true.”

Donna Einsnann
“I do have some special thanks this year. My husband, who loves sports, has a new job at the IMG Sports Academy and is so happy. (And I received) more special good news. My niece, Amber, after a miscarriage, is pregnant again, and all seems to be going well.”
