Hillsborough County deputies may have captured the man wanted for collecting sea turtle eggs from a nest on Casey Key last month.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office charged 21-year-old Tampa resident Kim Raymond Feaste with possession of a sea turtle Sunday, Sept. 1. Feaste was released shortly afterwards on a $2,000 bond.
Less than one month ago, an unnamed witness took photographs of a man matching Feaste's description disturbing a nest on Casey Key, according to a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission news release.
